We are moving out of our beautiful 1B/1B apartment due to a job relocation, and need to find a re-let ASAP, for an August 1-3 move in.
We are in unit 2609 at 88 Regent Street (a Liberty Harbor Community).
This apartment is East facing with stunning Manhattan views, and have kept it in immaculate condition!
We have been the only renters here since it opened. You can take it as is, OR there is also an option to have it fully flipped if you prefer to start your lease, and then it should only take a week or so to paint/flip, this timeline could be worked out throughout the process.
Right now the cheapest "09" unit is listed at $4,275 online, but since we just resigned our rent is only $3,890 (!!!) with the current lease ending June 30, 2025.
The amenities in 88 Regent are unlike any other in JC! The pool, yoga room, sauna, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, rock climbing gym, co-working space, movie theatre, podcast recording room, and more make this place feel like you are living at a 5 star resort!
PS - our couch is 105” and we fit a king sized bed in the bedroom so there is plenty of space here!
PSS - If you are already in the Liberty Harbor family, the leasing office said if you are within 2 months of renewal, you can move into a new lease without worrying about the last 2 months of your current one!

Incentives
You would only have to pay a pro-rated amenity fee that covers all amenities for the remainder of the year, which is $685. Another big perk is that they usually leave the pool open until the end of September! The outdoor hot tub with city views stays open year round! You can see the pool area from our view, which means you can always tell if it is packed or not before going down :).
Additional fees
I believe there is a $100 application fee that you pay directly to the Leasing Office, and a security deposit (typically $1k) which is paid back at time of move out. There is a pro-rated amenity fee.
