Additional fees

We are leaving all our furniture in the apartment, requirement to purchase all furniture for $4,400. Furniture is in EXCELLENT condition (1 year of use) and includes:
-King size Casper mattress and bed
-Standing dining table and and chair
-TV and 2 nightstands (TV is currently placed on the 2 nightstands)
-couch (super comfy)
-bench (we use this as a table for our couch)
-2 lamps
-pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery - free
We paid $8,800 for all of these items 1 year ago and we are selling them in excellent condition for half the price.

You will save a lot of time an money moving here
Security deposit is $1000 only, and an easy and simple application $10 per person
