Apartment is fully furnished, with a queen bed, desk for working, 2 couches (one of which folds into a twin bed), air mattress, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with oven, full refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, all supplies, and a full bathroom. 2 large closets available for storage.

Cozy and comfortable design with warm lighting and no clutter. There is an electric bed frame that can prop you up for reading or watching a movie!

The block is quiet already, and this apartment is in the rear of the building so basically no noise! Safest part of NYC, safe for solo women to walk at night as well.

Move in price would be first month as well as a $2000 security deposit that will be returned to you as long as the apartment is kept in good condition. Short term rental agreement will be signed by both parties.

This is my primary residence and I would only want to rent it to someone who I know is going to take care of it.
