Property Details

My roommate and I (both men in our early 30s) are looking for someone to join on a 12 month lease starting May 1, 2025, but you could move in at any time since our previous roommate has already moved. We have been living here for 2 years, total rent is $5799/month, and you would be paying $1600/month.

The apartment is a 3 Bed 2.5 Bath duplex on the 3rd and 4th floors of a walk up. The building is a new build (we're the first ones to live here) with high ceilings, nice finishes, and new appliances including in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and air/heat. The available bedroom is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan. It's 11'1" x 10'2" and comfortably fits a queen bed (pictured with queen bed frame), desk, and dresser. You may not even need a dresser since it has an entire wall of floor to ceiling built in storage. Our old roommate left his queen sized bed frame which you're welcome to take. You would share a full bath upstairs, and other than doing laundry, you would have the downstairs half-bath mostly to yourself. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with appliances and equipment, which you'd be welcome to share. Kitchen/living room are already pretty well furnished, and we have a table and chairs out on the balcony right now.

Location: The apartment is in Bed-Stuy 1 block from the Nostrand/Fulton A/C stop, and the B44 and B25 buses. A lot of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. in the area.

About us: I work in office 3 days per week, and my roommate is in office 5 days a week most of the time. We're both clean and chill.
