Hello, I have a room in a 2-bedroom apt for rent from April 15-May 31.
Location is great: 3 blocks from Central & Morningside Parks, and awesome food and drink all around. Sugar Hill Creamery, Sottocasa Pizzeria, The Monkey Cup, the Saturday farmers market - they're all within walking distance.
The apt is fully furnished, with an in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen-sized memory foam mattress and a good sized closet. The bedrooms are separated by a bathroom for extra privacy.
You’ll be living with a woman who WFH and a wonderful 9-yr-old kitty named Agatha. Please be a cat person as we can both tell and from time to time I may leave for a few days so you would need to feed her. She is easy and loves people!
To secure the apt, I need first month’s rent and one month's security deposit, which is fully refundable. Since you're using my things, the deposit it non-negotiable. The subtenant will also pay 1/2 electricity and internet, which usually comes to about $60/month. Thank you!
