Leasing my 1BR, 1BA luxury apartment in Brooklyn for the summer! Building has wonderful amenities like a parking garage, a roof deck with grills and sun loungers, as well as a gym and business center.
Rent advertised is inclusive of all utilities (electric + wifi). I am happy to leave behind most furniture (tvs, tv stand, book shelf, night stands, end tables, bar cart, couch, bed frame, hamper, dresser/drawers). If tenant would like partially furnished apartment, they will have to provide their own cookware, cutlery, and dishes, as well as linens for the bedroom and bathroom.
Also open to subleasing the apartment completely unfurnished, however tenants desiring a partially furnished place are preferred.
