Looking for someone to rent a private room in a 3 bedroom apartment with an attached bathroom. This is a lease take over with the current lease ending on January 9th, 2026 and am willing to pay for the first month of rent if signed by May 8th. The building is recently renovated with updated appliances, has hardwood floors, and has an in-unit washer and dryer. The room faces the back yard so there is no noise from the street. There are 2 other people in the apartment 30M and 27M, both are very chill and quiet.

The closest subway station is Greenpoint Ave, served by the G train, and is only a 2-minute walk away. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood. The east river ferry is just a 7 min walk away which is clutch for getting Midtown East and Wall Street in Manhattan.

Amenities wise there is a roof top terrace and a shared backyard with a BBQ. There is also a gym and several shared working and recreation spaces. There is a cleaner that comes every month to clean the shared space and restock some essentials.

Utilities are not included in the rent ($164) and renters insurance is required ($15)
