Additional fees

As part of Lease Assignment, the process would include:

- Outgoing and Incoming tenants would sign a Lease Assignment document provided by C+C Apartment Management
- Incoming tenant would pay First Month rent and Security Deposit to C+C Apartment Management
- Once total process is completed, key exchange would happen between Outgoing and Incoming tenant
