**700sq ft very spacious 1Bd, 1Ba with updated amenities. Massive floor to ceiling windows with loads of natural light and a great view of Manhattan. Take it over fully furnished for a crazy good deal on the furniture. Loads of storage space. AC/Heat are in unit**
**Gym inside the building with other solid gyms all within a 5 minute walk. Doorman at the entrance. Sky lounge with amazing views and a bar, community work spaces, pool table area as well as a library. Also has outdoor areas to tan during the summer and cook on a grill. Laundry in building as well as a dry cleaning service if you want to use it. Cleaning service is also offered by the building and is an unreal price.**
**One minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, 5 trains. Three minute walk Q, B, N, R trains. Five minute walk A, C, G, D, B and F trains. Basically every train you'd ever need.**
**Forte Greene park is right down the street.**
**Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Stop & Shop are all within a 10 minute walk. Loads of restaurants in the area. City Point is a 10min walk. Barclays is a 10min walk. Brooklyn paramount is a block away.**
**Hands down one of the best locations you can come across. It has literally everything.**
