You cannot receive mail at this address, please consider opening a PO Box. The apartment is not child-proof or child protected. All guests must leave prior to or at 11:00 AM check-out time. All dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink and all trash in the trashcans. Guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning charges at the owner's discretion.
