My name is Juliette and I have 1 room available in a beautiful rent-stabilized Washington Heights apartment. See all info below:

GENERAL INFO:
-The apartment is situated on the second floor of a six-floor building with an elevator. It is located in Washington Heights just steps away from the 1 train and a couple 5-10 min walk to the A/C trains.
-Just steps away from several large grocery stores, wine/liquor stores, coffee shops, a Planet Fitness right around the corner, and less than a 10 minute walk to the riverside.
-It’s a quiet building in a safe neighborhood inhabited by many families and students (it’s about a 10 minute walk from Columbia’s Medical Campus)
-I am looking for someone to takeover the remainder of the lease which ends on 04/30/2026. A June 2025 move-in would be ideal, however I can be flexible.

ABOUT THE OPEN BEDROOM:
-Available April 1st (this date can be flexible!)
$1,767.27/month
The bedroom can comfortably fit a queen size bed and has ample closet space. You would have your own ensuite half-bathroom all to yourself.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
The apartment itself is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath with an open kitchen, dish washer, exposed brick, and a washer/dryer in the basement. The 3rd bedroom is used as a small, shared office space or reading nook.

ABOUT ME:
I am a woman in my 20’s and am currently in grad school studying midwifery and women’s health at Columbia University. I am clean, considerate, and studious. I love to cook, read, do yoga, watch movies, listen to music (especially vinyls on my record player), visit museums, and explore the city.

ABOUT YOU:
I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, organized, and friendly! This would be a lease takeover and I am ideally looking for someone to stay for the duration of the year.
