Additional fees

This is a lease takeover, not a sublease. You will receive your own lease and we will surrender ours. Your new lease will go through February 28, 2026, with the opportunity to resign after.

Once you agree to a move-in date we’ll pass you over to TFC’s leasing office, they will work with you through the application and lease process.

- Proof of Employment (3 most recent/consecutive pay stubs. CPA letter and tax returns can be used if you’re self employed).

- Bank Statements: most recent/consecutive detailing recent transactions and payroll deposits

- Landlord Reference Letter

- Photo ID

- $20 application fee per application

- Completion of Vero application. Vero will verify financial documents for faster application decisions.
