Additional fees

The app fee is $20 for the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor, if needed, which is non-refundable. The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are as follows: Copy of their government issued photo IDs, Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records, 2 most recent pays-tubs OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed (yearly compensation or AGI must be 40X the monthly gross rent or 80X in case of a guarantor), Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor If and once approved, assignor(s) & assignee(s) would be signing hard-copy assignment documents and returning them to us. If signing is occurring outside the leasing office, the documents/signatures must all be notarized.

One (1) month’s rent in form of a certified check is due from the assignee(s) at assignment signing which will be applied towards their first month.
