Property Details
I am seeking someone to take over the remainder of my lease, 7 months, beginning in July. The process will be handled through the leasing office, which will include a credit check. This building is located within walking distance of both Audi Stadium and Nats Stadium, lots of bars and restaurants, and some grocery stores. The gym located in the building is fully equipped, I have not needed a gym membership the entire time I have been here. The rooftop pool overlooks the river and receives a lot of sun. The community in the building is active. The staff are very responsive. The common spaces are always kept spotless. I have never had any issues the 4 years I have lived here.
