* Underbed storage
• Free Wi-Fi , A/C Unit, Alexa Echo, Smart TV (HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV)
*Happily can arrange to move any furniture in or out like the Wine / Wine storage out of the room if preferred*

About Us — Me, My Brother Jesse & Diamond the Dog

**My brother Jesse & I have lived in this apartment for over 15 years. We both work in the wine & spirits industry so while we love to unwind on weekends, we’re focused & professional during the week.
**Again, I will be traveling for the summer so you will not get the chance to live with my charming & awesome self = ) 

**Diamond, my 13-year-old rescue dog, rounds out the household. She’s gentle, quiet, very affectionate—most days she’s curled up on the couch or in bed, just chilling
**We’re both fun, laid-back, & outgoing—respectful of each other’s space and big on keeping a good balance of social energy & downtime. If you’re someone who values a calm, comfortable home with great perks & is easy to live with, you’ll feel right at home here—in a great apartment in one of the best areas of NYC (East Village).

What We’re Looking For

• Someone responsible, respectful, and easy to live with

• Cleanliness is a must—we keep the apartment tidy and appreciate the same in return

• Must be comfortable with dogs (Diamond is super mellow and sweet)

• Ideally someone who gets along well with Jesse—it’s a shared space, and we’d like to make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone
