Property Details
It's a great 1 bedroom floorplan. Has room for a large couch and 4 person dining table. We both worked from home and it worked well for us. It's one of the best 1-bed floorplans in the building, faces east but has more square footage than west facing units.
The building, Brooklyn Crossing, has everything you could ever need, and the staff are super responsive and kind.
We haven't asked for explicit permission from the building to re-assign the lease, however there is a clause in our lease to allow for this.
