Howdy all,

Looking for someone to take over our lease starting July 1st. Rent is $4900/month & our current contract expires August 31st, 2025. After those two months are up you can negotiate for a full year lease if you like. Or if you prefer you can apply for a year lease right away at $5300/month starting July 1st, 2025 instead.

An application process is required. Security deposit & 1st months rent will be owed in full once approved and lease is to be signed. No broker’s fee.

Landlord covers water. All other utilities is tenant’s responsibility.

We are in the process of moving out, so all of our furniture, AC units, & personal belongings in the photos will be removed. This is how our home is currently staged.

There is some furniture we will be parting with during our move—namely a sofa bed, a double bed & frame, a 73” TV & stand, and some other small items. If you’re interested in those we can chat.

***Please note that this apartment will be emptied & restored to its original condition***

Landlord states a new 12month contract will be $5300/month. Prospective tenants can immediately apply for a 12 month lease if they so choose & the monthly rent can be negotiated between the parties. Or prospective tenant can sublease for 2 months and vacate.
