Property Details

Subletting my room in an apartment in Bushwick by the Dekalb Ave L Train Stop. It's a great place but I need someone to take over my lease for the last month as I'm travelling to Brazil.

About the Apartment:

You'll be taking a room in a 3-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen/living room and two bathrooms (no waiting for ages for someone to leave the bathroom:)) My two roommates are both in their mid-20s: Nick works a remote job as a data analyst and plays bass for a few bands around the neighborhood in his free time, and Joe is a graduate student who's finishing his masters in Childhood Psychology. They're both super easygoing and pretty understanding as roommates, so you'll fit right in.

The apartment is in a great part of Bushwick, close to the L train so you can get into Manhattan easily, right by Maria Hernandez Park, and surrounded by lots of good bars and restaurants. There's a roof area which is really fun place to hang out when the weather's nice, with a good view of downtown Manhattan across the East River.
