Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors throughout, a modern kitchen with newer appliances, a living room with a stone fireplace, and a separate den/TV area and dining room. There’s also a dedicated home office on the main floor equipped with a Varidesk electronic sit/stand desk—ideal for remote work.

We have a large fenced side yard, and the kitchen leads to a small back patio.

Upstairs features a massive primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a separate work desk area, and a large private balcony. Two additional bedrooms (one with a twin bed, one with a toddler bed) share a hall bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

The finished lower level includes a guest bedroom (king bed), full bath, laundry, and direct access to the garage.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Vernon Hills Shopping Center and close to the Bronx River Parkway and Hutchinson River Parkway for easy driving access. We're flexible for renters interested in anywhere from two weeks to two months, but strongly prefer long-term (discount offered.)
